The Amazing God Diet [Elementary]

So often, we think that entertainment, conversations, and other elements are harmless, no matter what kind of objectionable content they may have. The fact is - we must be very careful about the things we let come in through our “ear gate” and our “eye gate.”

Whatever we put into our minds and hearts will come out. We must make sure our “diet” consists of things that will make us healthy and strong as aliens in this world.

In this lesson, the children will learn through the story of Daniel and his “special diet” that, as Christians, we must choose to let only the things that are wholesome and helpful get into our minds and hearts.  If we aren’t careful, we could end up feeding our “flesh” and choking out our “spiritual man.”
