The Bible says in Psalm 34:8, “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” God has so many great things for us to “feast on” in this amazing life He has planned for us. However, if we are going to become the people He has called us to be, we must make sure we are putting the right ingredients into our lives.

There’s an old saying, “You are what you eat.” This is not only true for our physical bodies, but it is true for our spiritual lives as well. In order to become strong, healthy, thriving Christians, we must make sure that we put only the good things of God in our lives.

In this series, the children will learn about some of the best ingredients for a healthy Christian life. They will learn how to feast on the good SOUL FOOD that God has planned for each of His children.
