In today’s culture, children are often surrounded by messages that downplay the importance of honoring parents, especially moms.  The world says, “Do what makes you happy,” and “You don’t have to listen to authority.”

Unfortunately, many kids are growing up with a lack of appreciation for the incredible gift that God has given them - their mothers.

The Bible tells a different story. God created Moms for a purpose, and He wants children to love, honor, and obey their parents. 

Through the story of Hannah and her prayer for a child, the children will learn that Moms are a blessing from God and have a divine role in shaping the lives of their children.  They will learn to appreciate and honor their moms—not just on Mother’s Day, but every day.
