FUN FRIDAY: "Goliath" Debuts At Six Flags Great America

Confession:  I am a HUGE roller coaster fan!  If I hear of a death-defying roller coaster within driving distance, I am usually there pretty soon.  Well, I just caught wind of this one!  It's in Chicago, so......maybe someday! It's called "GOLIATH!"  It's the fastest, tallest, and steepest wooden roller coaster in the world!  If you dare, expect to plunge down 180 feet while rocketing through twists and turns at 72 miles per hour at a near vertical 85 degree angle. How To Know The Difference Between Being "Careful" And "Fearful"

I can't tell you how many times FEAR has kept me from stepping out and doing something big for God!  Fear is a powerful emotion and many times is a major deterrent to us accomplishing what God has called us to do. Fear is a barrier between us and the things God is calling us to do.  It keeps us still when God wants us to move, keeps us quiet when God wants us to speak, and causes us to shrink back when God […]

Here we go!

I have been asked the same question for several years, "When are you going to start blogging?"  I have always had a lot of different answers.  "I don't have time."  "It's not my thing."  "It's a passing fad."  All true thoughts, but not the real reasons.  Time to come clean. The truth is, I have avoided getting into the BLOGosphere because: 1)  I didn't think I had anything new to add. There are already so many Kidmin bloggers out there like Sam Luce, Tony Kummer, Kenny Conley, Gina McClain, and others.  I wasn't sure that ONE MORE VOICE was needed. […]
